SRU’S UNIVERSITY UNION TO BE CONVERTED TO ‘HAUNTED HOUSE’ OCT. 29

     SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. –  Slippery Rock University will host a “Haunted House” open to the campus and community from 8 p.m. to midnight Oct. 29 in the University Union.

     The event is sponsored by the university’s Office of Residence Life, the Association of Residence Hall Students, Rhoads, Harner and Founders halls house councils, and the Education, Frederick Douglass and Fine Arts and Humanities Residential Commons (living-learning communities within campus residence halls).

      Admission is $3 for SRU students with an ID and $4 for non-students. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Proceeds will support the Residential Living Learning Program at SRU and the Feed My Sheep Food Cupboard in Slippery Rock. Guests are invited to bring a can or dry food donation.

     A free “Kidz Zone” will also be available from 8 to 10 p.m. for young guests.
