I.       Regular Business Reports

A.        Citrix Grant – Paul Mullins announced the approval of the Citrix grant and requests that individuals who have concerns or questions regarding specific software to be made available should contact him at his office x4850.

B.        Report from IT - Dean Lindey

C.        Report from Collegis – Russ Dively

D.        Taskforces – call for volunteers for all taskforces continues, specifically the need for Grant taskforce members was stressed.

II.      New Business

A.        JoAnne Leight discussed Technology Advisory Committee’s: Instructional Technology Strategic Plan

III.    Program

Amanda Yale and Cathy Brinjak presented a thorough and informative program on Blackboard Support for Multisection Courses: FYRST (First Year Studies):  The Infusion of an E-communications Tool into FYRST Seminar
