New Business

  1. Paul Mullins, presenter, talked about the problem of insufficient lighting in ECB 103 (Information Technology lab). Lights in labs need to be dimmed, but this is a problem because many of the rooms have been changed to only have one switch for motion sensor control.  The lighting system needs to be rewired, as to better accommodate classes.
  2. Citrix software was mentioned as being available both on and off campus

Presentation-Paul Mullins

Paul Mullins, computer science, ended the meeting by giving a tour of the ATSH/CS computer labs.   The computer labs/classrooms are state of the art, and include smart classrooms, and a graphics and robotics lab, for students to work on projects.

Next Meeting: October 26th Room 119 Field house. MaryBeth Miller will be presenting on “Digital Video in Teacher Education Project 3R-T; Review, Reflect, Revise and Teach.”
