Program Goals:
The Slippery Rock University baccalaureate nursing program prepares professional nurses to provide health care to persons, families, and groups in a variety of settings, using the nursing process. The curriculum is designed specially for RNs with an emphasis on managed care, leadership skills, and technology. In addition, students receive a strong educational foundation upon which to build graduate study.

To provide quality online education and scholarly activities for health care professionals in an environment that supports the needs of adult learners in addressing the health care issues of the global community.
