To ensure that the Facilities and Planning
Maintenance Stores has adequate stock on hand to handle routine
maintenance and most emergencies.

Objective |

An inventory of determined items will be kept
in the maintenance stores area for use by the Facilities and
Planning Department.

Policy |
|
To provide the best possible support for the
maintenance trades personnel by having adequate stock on hand to
perform routine maintenance as well as most emergency
repairs. To order in a timely manner those items that are not
routinely stocked but are necessary to fulfill maintenance
responsibilities. |
