the necessary action to aid the University in meeting this
obligation.

Developing and complying with procedures to ensure
that the university's obligation to provide equal employment
opportunity is being fully implemented.
-
Enlisting
the assistance and support of all recruitment sources, including
employment agencies, college placement directors and business
associates for the university's commitment to provide opportunities
for equal employment of women and
minorities.
-
Establishing meaningful contacts with churches,
fraternities, sororities and civic organizations and leaders for
such purposes as advice, education, technical assistance and
referral of potential employees.
