M.Ed. in School Counseling

This program offers practitioner preparation for roles in school or community counseling. Graduates receive the Department's endorsement for certification in Pennsylvania as either an elementary school counselor, secondary school counselor, or both, and are license eligible in Pennsylvania as a professional counselor (LPC). |
M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education

This program prepares students for leadership positions in the student affairs division of a college/university in area including (but not limited to): housing and residence life, career services, student activities, admissions, multicultural student services, leadership programs, academic advising, orientation, judicial affairs, international student services, financial aid, and greek life. The M.A. degree program in student affairs in higher education meets the professional standards set forth by the Council for the Advancement of Higher Education (CAS) and is in keeping with those set by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). |
