Loose Connective Tissues


  Adipose Tissue is made of adipocytes, or fat cells.  The fat within the cell pushes the Nucleus to the side. This is an example of unilocular fat, this fat is common in and functions as an  

 

                                          

 

                                                                          

 

 

 

Brown Fat, also called multilocular fat is found in   and functions in        .  Notice the nuclei (N) which are located within the cell as compared to unilocular fat (above) in which the nucleus is pushed to the periphery.
