WINNER OF SLIPPERY ROCK UNIVERSITY ‘CHEM GAMES’ COMPETITION NAMED

           SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Roberta DiLeo, a senior at Mohawk High School, New Castle, has been named the winner of Slippery Rock University’s “Chem Games” competition, including a $2,000 scholarship to SRU.

          The games, which include an American Chemical Society-created test, are sponsored by the university’s chemistry and physic department. The scholarship was presented by Dr. Jane Fulton, dean of the College of Health, Environment and Science.

          The competition broughtnearly 30 regional high school students to campus for the program.
