SIGN YOUR MASTER PROMISSORY NOTE (MPN): New borrowers to the Stafford Loan Program must complete a Master Promissory Note before loan funds can be disbursed to the school. Click here and sign your MPN on-line through AES/PHEAA using your US Department of Education PIN! Students will be automatically routed to the entrance counseling during the e-sign  MPN process.

Student Loan Counseling: Students who borrow through the Federal Stafford Loan Program are required to participate in student loan counseling. "Entrance counseling" must take place before student loan funds can be disbursed to the school for the student.   "Exit counseling" must take place when a student is graduating from the university, falls below half-time study, or has left the university.   To begin Student Loan Counseling click here.


Borrowers can access their federal student loan borrowing history through the U.S. Department of Education's website for the National Student Loan Data System.

Financial aid officers are available to assist students with any questions about borrowing through the federal student loan programs. Aid officers can be contacted:
