The Faculty/Staff/Community daily rate will be converted into a
weekly fee based on the proposed schedule. This rate will appear on
the Financial Agreement along with the number of Unpaid Days per
session (see description to follow). Each family will be permitted
not more than two permanent schedule changes during each
session.
If you are registered for part-time and you go over the 4.9
hours, you will be bumped up to the full-time rate for that
day.
School age children will not be charged extra for two hour delay
mornings. However, the part day rate will apply for early dismissal
days and the full day rate will apply for holiday and school snow
says.
No one will be charged for the days that the center is scheduled
to be closed (New Year's Day), Good Friday, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, thanksgiving Day and the day after,
Christmas Day, the week between Christmas and New Year's).
University students and faculty members will not be charged for
days when classes are not in session (Spring Break, Christmas
Break, Professional Development Days, etc.). If you are planing on
your child attending on those days, you will need to leave a note
in the basket.
- Discounted rates are available for additional children from the
same family
- The student rate reflects a subsidy paid through the Student
Government Association and the General Services Fee

billed your regular rate for each day.
