KUTZTOWN, Pa.—Slippery Rock University dropped a pair of
Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference men’s tennis matches over
the weekend to fall to 0-3 on the season.
The Rock lost a 7-0 decision to hosting Kutztown University on
Friday and then dropped an 8-1 decision to East Stroudsburg on
Saturday.
Freshman R.J. Vighetti won the No. 4 singles match vs. East
Stroudsburg, 6-3, 6-4, to account for the only Rock win.
SRU returns to action Oct. 4-5 when it will compete in the
Intercollegiate Tennis Association East Regional tournament.
