SRU MARCHING PRIDE TO PRESENT ANNUAL
‘STADIUM ECHOES’ CONCERT SUNDAY
SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University’s
Marching Pride will present its traditional “Stadium Echoes
Concert” featuring music presented at halftime football game
shows this season at 4 p.m. Sunday [Nov. 16] in
Morrow Field House.
The
concert, under the direction of James Berry, assistant professor of
music, will include “Land of 1000 Dances,”
“Respect,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,”
“Shine Down,” “Watermelon Man,”
“Imperial March,” “Love is Like a Rock,”
“Superman,” “We Will Rock You” selections
from the film “ET,” the SRU Alma Mater and the SRU
Fight Song, among others.
Tickets
to the concert are $3 for the general public; free for SRU
students.
