The Preventative maintenance workgroup performs mechanical repairs of kitchen equipment, fans, ventilators, pumps, air compressors, and emergency generators. They also provide preventative maintenance on such equipment along with welding and fabrication, and handrail repair.

Services Provide as Ongoing and Continuous Maintenance

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on air handling equipment: change filters, lubricate, check motors, and compressors
  

Services Accessed through the Work Order System

• Mechanical repair of: HVAC equipment, pumps, handrails, dining hall equipment, athletic equipment, custodial and grounds keeping equipment

• Welding
