Graduate assistantships are available and
include a stipend and waiver of tuition. An unconditional
admission to graduate studies is a prerequisite for assistantship
eligiblility. Assistantships may be awarded for up to two
academic years with recipients working a maximum
of 17.5 hours per week. The graduate assistant must also
schedule and carry at least 9 semester hours of
graduate credits per semester.
Graduate assistantships are considered to be financial aid.
The current stipend is $3,500 per academic year, paid in bi-weekly
installments, and waiver of tuition. (Graduate
