The goal of the student affairs staff is to assist in the total development of each student by providing appropriate, life-centered educational programs and services. Primary concerns of the staff focus on helping students to develop leadership skills, decision-making competencies, self-discipline, respect for others, skills of self-evaluation, and the learning and development of social responsibility and human relations skills.
