VOLUNTEERS - without YOU, the WOW Move-in Days and weekend of activities would not happen with the success we have had over the last 10 years. The incoming freshmen, transfers and their families are so amazed at the “WOW WELCOME” they receive and how easy it is to move-in and get settled at THE ROCK!
VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION is a TWO STEP process using a GOOGLE.DOC (see links below). REGISTER NOW for the best available slots that meet your GROUP or INDIVIDUAL schedule! First come, first served!
STEP ONE . . .
Register for the DAY, TIME SLOT, AND LOCATION you prefer by filling your name in the OPEN time slot.
Changes can be made! If your schedule changes, please contact Karen Perry (email@example.com or 724-738-4895)
INDIVIDUAL STUDENT VOLUNTEERS - Enter your name (first/last) in a time slot/location you would like to volunteer then click on the 2nd link to enter your contact info and shirt size.
STUDENT GROUP VOLUNTEERS - Enter the NAME of the GROUP and the # OF VOLUNTEERS (ex. SRU W BBALL (15) in the time slot/location/day you would like to volunteer - we would like 20-30 volunteers each time slot/location/day!!
If 2-3 groups can staff the location, GREAT! This make the move-in process so much more efficient and easier on everyone!
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS receiving the benefit of moving into the residence hall early, MUST sign up for one time slot on EACH day!!
STEP TWO . . .
Provide us with your contact info and shirt size - further information will be sent regarding the volunteer meeting, logistics, etc.
Please NOTE: If necessary, volunteers (group members and/or individuals) may be asked to re-locate to the location of most need at a particular time!
