 Advertising in the ARC 

 

SPOTLIGHT

RADIOS/MULTI-MEDIA EQUIPMENT
  1. Radios with headphones are permitted, provided that the volume does not disturb others.
  2. Other media is prohibited, in the facility, unless approval is requested and received from the Office of Campus Recreation.
ADVERTISING POLICIES
  1. All advertising material (flyers and posters) must be submitted to the Campus Recreation Office.
    • The Assistant Director and/or Fiscal Assistant must approve and post any appropriate materials
    • No one is permitted to post his or her own information.
    • Materials will be posted on a space available basis and in only a maximum of three locations in the facility.
    • No advertising materials will appear on the glass windows or doors of the ARC.
  2. No Advertising materials will be posted for more than a week prior to the event and will be removed immediately following completion of the event.
  3. No personal needs or items for sale will be posted in the ARC.
  4. Advertising material specifications:
    • All materials must display the name of the sponsoring organization
    • Flyer will be no larger than 11” x 17”
  5. Campus Recreation reserves the right to decline space for non-university groups.
  6. Non-profit events may be posted on a space available basis.

1. Flyers need to be preapproved for posting at the Office of Campus Recreation, ARC 117.
2. A maximum of two flyers will be posted.

Play is prohibited at the MAC (McFarland Recreational Sports Complex) when the RED FLAG is flying. The MAC will be closed from December 1-March 1.

Notice:
When the University is on a 2 hour delay due to weather, the ARC will not open up until 8:00 a.m..
