Club Overview
The purpose of the SRU Cycling Club is to bring together cycling enthusiasts, from on and off campus, to help them develop their cycling abilities through group rides and events. The club will also help students receive access to local and collegiate races, allowing them to promote their athleticism and Slippery Rock University. The SRU Cycling Club is a network of students who ride, train, wrench, build trail, and race together. We ride every Tuesday at 5 pm (meet at the arc) when the weather is nice, as well as other times to be determined. We ask for your support for a few items. The money you donate first goes into SRU Cycling Club jerseys for the club members, bringing jersey prices down and allowing for more exposure for rides, races, and trail maintenance. To join the club, no experience is necessary and we welcome SRU members of all ability levels.
