 Gymnastics Club

Club Overview:
The Gymnastics Club is open to all interested SRU students.  Half of our members participate just for the fun of staying involved in the sport, and half of our members are active competitors in the NAIGC league.  Competing is optional and there are no formal skill requirements to compete or practice with the club.  We are a fairly new club at SRU, but in a short amount of time we have built a successful team of competitors and a close-knit group overall that includes and accepts all members.

Practices:  We have 2-hour practices twice a week off-campus, and an optional on-campus conditioning workout once a week.  Please be aware that practices have a necessary but reasonable fee since we must use an off-campus facility, but conditioning workouts are free.

Commitment Expected:  Although the practices are relaxed and about having fun, we expect that you attend practices that you have committed to since car-pooling requires us to rely on each other.
