FALL 2013 AND SPRING 2014 SEMESTERS AQUATIC PROGRAMS
Strokes/Starts/Turns Clinics (Ages 8+): Weekly preseason clinics will be conducted in conjunction with the start of the swim season. Concentration will be strokes, starts, and turns.
Sessions/Semesters: Fall 9/7, 14, 28; 10/12
Member Fee: $10/Stroke
Non-Member fee: $15/Stroke
Swim Instructions (Ages 13 and up): This program is designed for teens and adults interested in improving their swimming skills. Each lesson is 30 minutes.

Youth Swim Instructions (Ages 3-12): Skill level determined at first class.
Levels 1 Intro to Water Skills- Helps develop positive attitudes, good swimming habits, and safe practices around the water.
Level 2 Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills- Gives success with fundamental skills. Learn to float and recover to a vertical position.
Level 3 Stroke Development- Builds on skills from Level 2 and develops strokes through additional guided practice in deeper water.
Academic Year Sessions: August 27-December 4, January 28-May 1 (Four week sessions)

Saturday Academic Year Sessions: April 5-26
Time: 11 a.m.-noon

FALL 2013 AND SPRING 2014 SEMESTERS FITNESS PROGRAMS
ROCK Fit Youth (Ages 10-15-15): Instructional weight training course designed specifically for youth/teens with a minimum height of 4’10” focusing on using correct lifting procedures and the five fitness components; flexibility, body composition, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance.
