Registration forms may be obtained at the Child Care Center. These forms include a financial agreement, an emergency information sheet, and a health appraisal. A spot will be reserved for your child when the forms are returned along with a schedule and registration fee.
The non-refundable registration fee is $20 per child each semester ($15 for full-time university students). The registration fee for summer programs is $10 per child.
Tuition & Fees Schedule
The SRU/SGA Preschool and Child Care Center is licensed to provide services for children ages 3 to 5. Students, faculty, staff and members of the community may use the facility.
School-Age Children through age 12 are welcome for before and after school care as well as for special summer programs.
To enroll a child, please complete the following forms

Parents are encouraged to visit the Preschool and Child Care Center before the first day that they will attend.
All children will initially be accepted on a fifteen-day trial basis.
**If a child is continually disruptive and shows no sign of adjusting to the child care environment or if the child is not fully toilet trained, the parent will be asked to seek alternative care**
