MISSION AND GOALS
The Mission of the Office of Student Conflict Resolution Services (OSCRS)

is to address violations of the University's Code of Conduct through an established educational process. The process is designed to enhance the development of students through facilitating student learning, accountability, ethical growth, and civic responsibility. The office aspires to support a safe and inclusive environment that promotes scholarly integrity and student success.

GOALS OF THE CONDUCT PROCESS
·      To develop, distribute and interpret, campus conduct policies
·      To enforce community standards consistently and equitably
·      To educate students about appropriate behavior and community membership
·      To provide educational civic leadership opportunities for students who take  
     part in the hearing board procedures 
·       To provide programs and activities that foster student's intellectual, ethical 
     and cultural development
