Get Ahead of Your Stress

Take control of your stress before it becomes a problem! Getting Ahead of Your Stress is presented by the Counselors from the Student Counseling Center to help you proactively manage your stress before it interferes with life and school. This sessions is open to all SRU students who want to be proactive in managing stress before the semester gets into full swing. Our counselors will provide tips on time management, mental health hygiene, and mindfulness to help you get ahead of your stress. Students are encouraged to bring their questions about managing stress and share successful strategies tried in the past.
