Holistic Approach to Live Well-Spiritual Wellness

Spirituality is often mistakenly used as a synonym for being religious, when in fact it refers to values, principles, morals, and beliefs that surround the actions that you take in your life. This session aims to provide opportunities for meaningful reflection and discussion on your personal belief system and life philosophy and present it in a way that is affirming. Participants are encouraged to acquire a blank personal journal and have it with them for this session.
