On-campus visits set for SRU associate provost candidates

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Slippery Rock University's associate provost for student success search committee has announced that six candidates for the open position will visit campus over a two-week period beginning April 26.

The committee, chaired by Amanda Yale, associate provost for enrollment management, includes 11 individuals with representation from APSCUF, AFSCME, SCUPA, OPEIU, managers and students.

Candidate visits will include a series of interview sessions and meetings with various campus groups.

Dates and times for the candidates' open session presentations are as follows:

  • Candidate A: 2-3 p.m., April 26;
  • Candidate B: 9:30-10:30 a.m., May 3;
  • Candidate C: 2-3 p.m., May 4;
  • Candidate D: 10:30-11:30 a.m., May 6
  • Candidate E: 8-9 a.m., May 10; and
  • Candidate F: 1-2 p.m., May 11

All sessions will be held in Room 320 in the Smith Student Center.

Candidates' resumes and online feedback forms will be available one day prior to interview dates.
