Students' work selected for Collegiate Small Works Exhibition


SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Four Slippery Rock University students have had their artwork accepted into the Grove City ArtWorks: GC Collegiate Small Works Juried Exhibition.

SRU students Maria Camera, a senior art major from Edinburg; Kate Fitzgerald, a senior art with K-12 certification major from Pittsburgh; Travis Sallack, a junior art major from Dubois; and Noelle Swart, a senior art with K-12 certification major from Pittsburgh, will display their works alongside those selected from seven universities by Louis Zona, director of the Butler Institute of American Art, who served as the juror.

The exhibition opens Oct. 19 and runs through Nov. 6 at Grove City ArtWorks, 222 S. Broad St., Grove City. The closing reception is 7-9 p.m., Nov. 6.
