Brunner presents at regional conference

Dec. 6, 2017

Amy Brunner, a 2017 Slippery Rock University graduate with a bachelor's degree in history, presented her poster, "Written in The Rock: Engaging Student Organizations at Slippery Rock University," at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference's fall meeting in Buffalo, New York.

The conference was first staged in 1972 as a volunteer, regional consortium of archivists who lived and worked in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Brunner based her presentation on her work in the University Archives and materials from Aaron Cowan's Public History course. Cowan is an SRU associate professor of history.

Brunner is pursuing a master's degree in library and information science at the University of Pittsburgh.
