Murray co-authors "Food and Fitness After 50"

Bob Murray, a 1971 and 1974 Slippery Rock University graduate with a bachelor's degree in education and a masters of science in physical and health education, has published "Food and Fitness After 50: Eat Well, Move Well, Be Well," a book he coauthored with Christine Rosenbloom.

Murray and Rosenbloom share their personal experiences and offer common-sense approaches to food choices and fitness strategies for those in their 50s, 60s and beyond. Translating the latest science on aging and nutrition into simple steps, the book encourages adults to embrace aging by staying healthy and confident.

The book, available on Amazon, is sold in paperback and Kindle Book versions for $17.99.
