"Infinite Opportunities" airs each Sunday on the Pennsylvania Cable Network. The half-hour, public affairs program features roundtable discussions with faculty, staff, students and alumni from the 14 State System universities talking about a range of higher education issues. State System Chancellor Frank Brogan moderates the weekly discussions. Each program also offers viewers the opportunity to "travel" back to the universities to learn more about how they address the various topics on campus.

This week's panel will feature:

  • Steigerwalt, a marketing and finance major from Northampton, will discuss running a productive meeting and maintaining a balance between "on and off-the-clock;" and stressing the need to "always address your needs, disconnecting yourself and remaining a positive role-model."
  • Julia Snyder, a senior Spanish education and special education major from Kutztown University, will talk about integrity and selflessness. "To be a good leader, you must constantly be setting a good example," she said.
  • Peter Faziani, a doctoral candidate at IUP, will talk about leadership through "delegation" and "calm rationality." "Leaders must be willing to listen and be aware of the emotions and intentions of a group," said Faziani.
