Slippery Rock University kicked off its weeklong international student orientation Aug. 22. Forty-two students received a welcome to the University and embarked on a campus tour that included members of the group obtaining their SRU ID cards as well as a tour of the student health center and Library. Throughout the week, students will participate in a variety of academic and social activities prior to the start of the fall semester including a day trip to Pittsburgh and a campus scavenger hunt.
