SRU’s online master’s degree in history named a ‘best value’

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Slippery Rock University has been identified as one of the best value colleges for an online master's in history degree according to CollegeValuesOnline.com.

SRU, which ranked 12th, was noted for being "...one of the most customizable programs on (the) list as it requires only one core course, Historiography," according to the editors at CollegeValuesOnline.com.

The ranking considered 20-year net return on investment, customization options, teaching methods, research and internship opportunities, related student organizations and any "wow" factors. "Wow" factors are unique features or parts of the program that CollegeValuesOnline.com found especially intriguing.
