Lubinski conducts presentation at Homeland Security office

Susan Lubinski, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of homeland and corporate security studies, recently was invited to speak at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Region 3 Office in Philadelphia.

Lubinski's spoke about types of fraud that finances terrorism to 45 fusion liaison officers. The fusion liaison officers consist of a network of officers from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, fire service and first responders and other agencies such as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI.
