Kush to serve as guest saxophone teacher in Colombia

Jason Kush, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of music, has accepted an invitation to be a guest saxophone teacher at Universidad de Antioquia in Medellin, Colombia, July 2-11.

Kush will assist with instruction as part of UA's recently launched music intensive and cultural immersion experience to teach Colombians and Americans. Kush will teach a saxophone master class, a chamber music class and provide one-on-one sessions.

As part of his appointment, Kush will be able to enroll select SRU students into the program at no cost.
