Sarah Halley, an organizational consultant and leadership coach, addressed SRU student leaders Feb. 24 about promoting a caring and inclusive campus, through meaningful and respectful discussion in the face of challenging and difficult subject matter. Halley's visit was part of the new "Courageous Conversations" speakers series sponsored by the President's Office. Halley, who focuses primarily on team building, leadership development, inclusive strategic planning and diversity/anti-oppression, is also the founder and director of Playback for Change, a multiracial improvisational theatre troupe that uses playback theatre as a vehicle for social change.
