A Minor in Gender Studies complements diverse degree programs - Business, Law, Music Therapy, Counseling, Professional Studies, Social Work, Education, Communication, Political Science, English, History, and Philosophy, among others. It engages students in thoughtful inquiry into difficult but important issues, and as an interdisciplinary minor, Gender Studies offers courses in a range of departments that reflect students' varied interests.

The Interdisciplinary Programs: Gender and Diversity Studies B.S. is interdisciplinary and allows students to study diversity issues within a number of disciplinary contexts.  It would be especially beneficial for students considering work in Criminology and Security Systems, Social Work, Education, Psychology, Public Health, Music Therapy, Business, and Hospitality Management.
