Jane Hale, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of counseling and development, was recognized as part of the  “Who’s Who in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy” in the International Journal of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy. The distinction recognized people for contributions to the choice therapy/reality therapy field that include multiple journal articles, book chapters and presentations, such as how choice theory and reality therapy are integrated into counseling, teaching and supervision practices. Choice theory explains human behavior and reality therapy is the therapeutic model used in assisting clients in meeting their needs and reconnecting with the world.
