Food
Rock Pantry +
Food insecurity is the lack of consistent access to the amount of food one needs to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Nationally, 41% of college students face food insecurity. Rock Pantry+ is Slippery Rock University’s food pantry, providing supplementary food and resources to students experiencing food insecurity on campus. All active SRU students are eligible to utilize Rock Pantry+.
Our mission is to reduce hunger for SRU students and to provide access to a high-quality variety of food options, tools for meal preparation, and toiletries at no cost.
