Experience the difference of a Rock Solid education
Post Baccalaureate study is available for those who hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree and are interested in additional undergraduate level education. If you do not hold a bachelor's degree, please refer to the Transfer Admissions webpage for application instructions.
There are two general types of Post Baccalaureate study:
Post Baccalaureate - Degree, Certification, or Certificate Study
Those interested in earning a second undergraduate degree, a certificate or an additional teaching certification should apply for this type of study. A complete list of academic programs can be found here: Majors & Minors; be advised, though, that not all programs are available to post-baccaulaureate students.
A degree beyond the first bachelors requires at least 30 new credits for completion and does not have a Liberal Studies (general education) component. If the departmental requirements consist of less than 30 credits, electives will be necessary for degree completion.
Questions should be directed to the academic departments at the university.
Post Baccalaureate - NON-DEGREE Study
Those interested in taking coursework for personal enrichment, for meeting teachers' ACT 48 requirements, or for preparation for Graduate education should apply for this type of study. Questions should be directed to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
