The recent wintery weather provided for some spectacular scenery at McConnells Mill State Park. The draining of glacial lakes thousands of years ago created the park, which encompasses more than 2,500 acres of the Slippery Rock Creek Gorge. The park is open from year-round from sunrise to sunset. (Photos by Jamie Greene, emerging technology and communication major from Moon Township.)
