C-SPAN's award-winning, 45-foot customized Campaign Bus visited Slippery Rock University's Smith Student Center April 25, one day ahead of the Pennsylvania primary election. The bus, which is making stops around the country at universities, high schools and political events to promote the network's "Road to the White House" series, scheduled the SRU stop as part of its "Pennsylvania Primary Tour." A special feature of the trip was a chance for members of Rock Nation to weigh in on the current campaign as organizers conducted interviews for use on the network's "Voices from the Road" segment. Students were also able to secure information about internships with the network.
