Barnett serves as judge for BEA Festival of Media Arts competition

Brett Barnett, a Slippery Rock University professor of strategic communication and media, recently served as a judge for the Broadcast Education Association Festival of Media Arts’ Film & Video Competition. The BEA Festival of Media Arts is an international refereed exhibition of award-winning faculty and student productions. The 2021 winners were selected from a pool of more than 1,300 entries, representing more than 250 colleges and universities from various competitions. Barnett teaches media production at SRU and has served as a judge for the BEA Festival of Media Arts competition since 2014.
