Asher’s submission accepted for SAGE reference project

Jana Asher, a Slippery Rock University assistant professor of mathematics and statistics, wrote a composition that was accepted for the SAGE Research Methods Foundations' SAGE Reference Project.

Asher's 5,000-word entry is about Thomas Bayes, an 18th-century English statistician who formulated a theorem about the probability of events based on prior knowledge of conditions.
