Kush played the saxophone in an orchestra that backed Hugh Jackman in an Oct. 9 concert at Pittsburgh's PPG Paints Arena. The concert was part of Jackman's "The Man. The Music. The Show." world tour. Kush also performed at an international saxophone festival, Encuentro Universitario Internacional De Saxofón México XVIII, Oct. 16-17, in Mexico City. He performed a solo recital and was a soloist with a professional jazz band. He also judged classical and jazz saxophone competitions, and taught a master class.
