Slippery Rock University's Office of Career Education and Development received a $5,000 contribution from Enterprise Holdings Foundation to support career programming at the University.

Julia Hazlet, talent acquisition specialist at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, presented the check to John Rindy, SRU director of career education and development. CED will use the money to conduct programs for students that include etiquette meals and a series of career-themed workshops called "Uncommon Hour." The funds will also be used to keep the cost of resume paper low for students who choose to print their resumes in the CED office.

Last year, Enterprise donated $3,500 to SRU for similar programming, including the University's annual "Dress for Success" fashion show.
