Loaner Laptop Program
Slippery Rock University offers loaner laptops for students who are facing technology barriers impacting their academic success.
Students must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Students must be currently enrolled at Slippery Rock University actively working on course completion, or, if during a break, enrolled for the following semester. Students who are between undergraduate and graduate school are not eligible for the program until their graduate classes begin.
- The student must be facing unforeseen or emergency circumstances impacting their ability to secure technology used to complete their academic classes. It is not meant to be a long-term solution.
- The student must be willing to sign an agreement with IATS stating that they are responsible for this device and must return the device at the end of the requested semester.
IATS has a limited stock of loaner laptops that will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To apply for the loaner laptop program, complete the loaner laptop application. A member of the Student Support Basic Needs team will connect with you following your application regarding the next steps.
