More than 40 Slippery Rock University students took advantage of a ride home for Thanksgiving break. A bus left SRU at 9 a.m., Nov. 24, making four stops across Pennsylvania between Breezewood and Philadelphia, and it will return students who purchased the roundtrip ticket back to Slippery Rock by 5 p.m., Nov. 28. The University began offering the Thanksgiving shuttle in 2018 to provide students and their families an affordable alternative to driving home for the holiday.
