The annual holiday dinner at Boozel Dining Hall Dec. 6 attracted more than 1,000 hungry Slippery Rock University students for a feast that featured roasted New York strip steak, glazed ham, au gratin potatoes, bread pudding, green beans and carrots, crispy chicken thighs over risotto and a variety of hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Oh, did we mention the chocolate covered cherries and winter Oreo mint flavored gelatos? Yum. We think the smiling faces say it all.
