Lark appointed member of PA Horse Racing Commission

Robert Lark, a 1966 Slippery Rock University graduate with a degree in secondary education-social studies, was recently appointed as a member of the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission. He was selected by Gov. Tom Wolf and confirmed by the state Senate. The commission meets monthly in Harrisburg to oversee and regulate the racing of standardbred and thoroughbred horses at county fairs and race tracks in the state.
