Willford receives BDRP award and presents at conference

Jennifer Willford, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of psychology, has been recognized by the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention as an innovative scientist.

Willford received the Patricia Rodier Mid-Career Award for Research and Mentoring for her birth defects-related research. In addition, Willford was invited to present her expertise during the organization’s annual meeting, June 25-29, in Vancouver, Canada, where she showcased her presentation titled “Putting the Long in Longitudinal: Research and Mentoring in Neurotoxicology.”
